If your computer can access the internet, LassenPC can remote access into your PC and fix it for less than what onsite charges are. If it appears evident that repairs cannot be completed online during the connection, there is no charge for the online time, as we will come out to your residence or place of business to make repairs onsite.

How to begin:

  1 - Call 888-649-2880 (We will help you through these steps)
  2 - Click on this link - Online Support
  3 - If asked to accept download, click YES
  4 - If prompted by firewall to accept, click YES
  5 - If prompted to RUN or SAVE, click RUN
  6-  Double click the top line; you are now connected.

This program enables LassenPC to troubleshoot your computer over the internet.  It becomes visible and accessible to us only. You will be able to view everything being done.  You can even take control of the mouse or keyboard.

You may disconnect the service at anytime by right clicking on the LassenPC icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, and choosing Close.

This program is stored in a temporary file in your computer. Once it is closed it cannot be reopened.  A new connection can only be created by clicking on the link above again.
