  Onsite Repair, Installations, Upgrades - Anywhere within Lassen County - drive time charge apply for areas 15 miles outside of Susanville

  Pick Up Repair - for computers requiring more than 2 hours of work (Virus and Trojan Removal)

  Drop Off Repair - Customers living outside of Susanville may drop off their computer at the UPS Store next to Wal-Mart; we pickup from the UPS Store every Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday
