A few notes...
Speeds listed are in Kb (Kilo Bytes Per Second) and MB (Mega Bytes) 1024kb = 1MB. Unless otherwise noted speeds listed are what each provider advertises, not necessarily what your real world download speed will be.

What's a threshold?  A threshold is the amount of data that you can upload or download in a 30 day period before the ISP (Internet Service Provider) may reduce your speeds.  Typically these thresholds affect less than 3% of customers and help ensure optimum for all customers.
